With most mental illnesses comes intrusive thoughts, these are negative thoughts caused by the mental illness.
Often people think because they are thinking it it means its true and it means its them but mental illnesses have a habit of lying to you. Trying to separate the intrusive thoughts from you by writing them down tends to help. They do not make you horrible and they do not define you, remember that .
