You are allowed to talk about how you feel. I know you've heard this before but i'm going to keep saying it because its so important. So many people still believe they are not allowed to talk about their feelings because its 'attention seeking' however by talking to someone about how you feel you are benefiting your mental well-being and safety. If you are struggling, if you feel anxious, upset, sad or any other emotion that is causing you to feel overwhelmed or the opposite tell someone. You don't have to sit there suffering on your own. When our mental health struggles we often stop talking to people more because thats what your minds tells us to do. If we challenge this and talk to someone it will benefit us greatly. You're going to be okay, it wont feel like this forever.
