Your best is enough! Don't let your self doubt tell you its not. If you're finding something really hard, even if its life, trying your best is enough. If you're trying to beat an anxiety and it keeps feeling really scary and you still panic about it, you Still tried your best and thats amazing. Keep trying, you will get there eventually.
